Also, it turns out that I am really bad at bicycling. I haven't been on a bike in years, and it shows. And all my butt muscles hurt today. You'd think that as a long-distance runner, riding a bike would feel super easy, but apparently that uses a totally different set of muscles than running, because I FELT that bike ride. My legs felt like jello after a mere two and a half miles. Why would bicycling a short distance feel so much worse than literally running it? Oy, mon derriere!
Hopefully your Monday requires less butt-cushion-reinforcements than mine.
