A pic from last year (which you probably recognize from my Instagram account if you follow me there), but worth sharing here anyway, as this is a pretty standard outfit for me.
One of the perks of living in Seattle is that there are so many great destinations a short ferry ride away. I went out to the San Juan Islands for no reason other than I could. You can ferry out and ferry back the same day, no big deal. (Going to BC, Canada requires an overnight stay, if you want enough time to really enjoy it, since the ferry ride is longer).
I don't remember where the hat is from, but it's a Men's Small because guys get better hats than we do. The top and shiny silver leggings are both from Fabletics, the scarf is Diane von Furstenberg, and I have my work bag with me because that is just the nature of doing anything in software development: you carry your job with you. Speaking of jobs, I should be getting back to it... But here are some island photos before I do! (My husband's pained expression is from squinting in the sun)
