MINE is a knock-off (I know, I know, much shame upon my family honor). The Veronica just kept selling out in my size over and over and over again, even though I was receiving alerts every time it was back in stock. I even ordered it once and was so excited thinking I was finally fast enough... only to get an email two days later that my order was canceled because they oversold and were out of stock.
There are reasons why I owned a punching bag people. I am pretty sure I rage-quit the rest of the day. I was done. I was mad. The whole day was RUINED. My husband was legitimately concerned about my mental health. HE even started stalking that dress.
I am solemnly anti-knock-off because I respect designers and their creativity, but in this case, I had been stalking that dress for literally a YEAR, and when I finally added to cart and typed furiously in checkout and paid, I was so unbelievably upset when I later received that cancellation email. I even called them up to yell at them and demanded to know why their POS system even allowed for oversale and how they need to rewrite their software. I can't believe I'm still so angry over that. This happened in 2016, people. I HOLD A GRUDGE. At my funeral, I'll be literally dead and still talking about that time I got screwed out of a stupid dress.
Anyway, I ended up finding a total knockoff (doesn't that even look like the same model?!), and in a color that was even BETTER, and for 80% CHEAPER on Amazon HERE <--- (you're welcome). ****UPDATE: SOLD OUT, womp womp womp****
Here's what I wore:
