Sunday RUNday! These are not very exciting OOTDs, but posting them helps to keep me on track with my fitness goals and training regime. Knowing that I should post my long-run photo makes me feel more obligated to not skip it in favor of nachos and diabetes.
I am in Puma today. I bought these on clearance in London when searching for a soccer (aka football) jersey for my brother's favorite team. Sometimes when I'm not feeling motivated to work out, buying new workout gear is enough to get me excited again.
The white headband is from Fabletics, and I'm wearing a Flipbelt (to hold my water bottle, ID, and debit card), and the shoes are Brooks Adrenaline, as always.
14 slow, easy miles today, 9:15 pace (my marathon pace).
I'll be spending the rest of the day stretching (yoga) and doing some very light strength training (ab work). But there will be so much food involved. I'm going to EAT ALL THE THINGS, and it will be glorious. See you tomorrow! I've got a lot of reviews, (non-gym) outfits, and tutorials to share! I know not everyone is excited about stretchy pants and slogging through miles of hell, so I'm only going to post about it once per week at the most. Promise!
